[SCG] Keep those 1964 Body Tags coming!

Well, we have at least one 1964 car on the website with an 08A body tag. 
Perhaps the production figures are for the Chevrolet plant, but the Fisher 
Body Plant started up a month sooner?

According to info Dave Newell gave me years ago, '64 car production @ Willow
Run began on September 3, 1963 and ended on July 17, 1964. These are dates
for Chevy final assembly, I think. Not sure if Fisher started (and stopped)
somewhat sooner.
