[SCG] 1965 Corvair wiper arms

My 1965 Monza sedan wiper arm assembly has one rivet at each end of the
flat, solid part of the arm. One rivet holds the solid arm to the "head"
where the wiper blade assembly is attached, the other rivet holds the solid
arm to the "base" where the whole wiper arm assembly attaches to the wiper
arm transmission post.
