[SCG] Holy cow '67!

 They came out of a '67 Monza Sedan, so they are
non-reclining. I was not aware the donor car was to be
parted. I had seen it at the Ranch last time I was
there. It was a fairly well optioned car from the DC
area. It had a non original motor (RB block with 110
heads) with compression problems last time I touched
it 10 years ago.
