[SCG] RE: [1969] 69 seats

I've noted on some '67-9 seats, that there is a cable strap on the inboard
side of the passenger seat. I'm thinking that this is only on convertible
seats. Something to look for and document. I'm CC'ing the Stock Corvair
Group, as this is of interest to them.
