What brand are they? Were they replacements or factory-installed? I raise
that question because, as far as I know, the factory only installed
single-line whitewalls, though at the time double-line whitewalls were
available as replacements.

BTW, I happen to have about 6 Kelly-Springfield 7.00-13's from that era.
Goodyear was a lesser used OEM tire, and the Kelly tire was made by them.
Nicer looking than the Uniroyal Lorado rain tire that Corvairs usually got
from the factory.
