[SCG] '63 washer bottle on eBay: Canadian?

A windshield washer solution bottle appeared on eBay purporting to be from  a 
'63.  The glass appears to be tinted green.  I thought these bottles  were 
clear.  In one pic, the word "Canada" appears to be molded into the  glass.  
Would a green tinted glass bottle be correct for a '63 Canadian  Corvair but not 
a U.S. assembled model?
