[SCG] New Corvair Research Group for Early Model Cars

It's pretty much brand new. Go ahead and play around, you can't break it!!

When testing it, I found that I had NO Problems using it with Mozilla FIREFOX
browser, but using Internet Explorer, I could not get the page I created to
save.  Drat!!  
One more ISSUE to work out, I guess.
Meantime, use FIREFOX, you'll be glad you did!!
