[SCG] Mandatory car radios in Mass.? Was: Multiplex/antenna

why, but to make it simple, it has  to do with the little triange on the AM

Sounds like something to do with Civil Defense.  But, I've got plenty  of 
time, so tell me the "long story."  Enquiring Minds Wanna Know!
