[SCG] Steering wheel paint

It is. I looked at the brochure and some online photos and I didn't
see any steering wheels that had the white/color scheme, although the
sedan photo (in Glacier Gray) sort-of looks like the wheel might be
white on top (http://www.corvaircorsa.com/brochur3.html). Maybe it was
a sedan thing?
