[SCG] two-tone interiors

While we're on the subject of two-tone steering wheels, I have noted over  
the years certain EMs (usually for sale on eBay) that have two-tone door  
interiors with the metal surround one color and the door insert another.   My 
first question; is this stock (i.e. did it come from the factory like this)? 
 and, if so, for what years and in what color combination(s) was it  
available?
