[SCG] Is this eBay item Corvair? Canadian only?

Saw this item on eBay which the seller purports to be a horn button from an 
 early.  I've never seen anything like it.  Does anyone know if it is,  
indeed, for a Corvair?  The item is in Canada.  Does anyone know if,  perhaps, 
it is a Canada-only item?
