[SCG] Do you have a 64 vair with only 1 installed seatbelt from the factory?

Rear seat belts became standard on Chevrolets in 1966.

See any 1966 Chevrolet sales brochure. Also that year we got all synchro 
three speed transmissions, outside rear view mirrors and back up lights.

Even the lowly Biscaynes (I had two) and Corvair 500s.
