[SCG] [Corsabod] concours class name

I am not answering for the concours committee, however changes have been in the works for a year,  And perhaps longer.    I would like to see us promote concours as we see the quality of the cars improve each year, we just need more members to take advantage of the resources available and restore cars for concours if they are able to do so.  This builds enthusium and gets more members involved.  Also let's keep it fun, as that is what brings us together.
