[SCG] Annual Stock Corvair Evaluation Photos posted

I have posted all of the photos I took during the ASCE at Knoxville this past week at the following link:

Most of the photos are of the "Lambrecht Auction" 1963 White 2 Door Coupe, owned by Pete Bochert of Arizona.  I must confess that I was quite impressed by this car and it captured most of my attention.  

Two other cars were present for evaluation and I am upset that we did not pay them enough attention.  There was confusion getting the event started - we weren't given correct instructions where to go and we lost a lot of time figuring it out. When we did finally start, we were once again in a dark parking garage and there were only two of us - Mark Corbin and myself, to look at cars.  To make matters worse, neither of us brought the evaluation forms.

Still, these are excuses.  I feel we owe both Bob Brought, owner of a very fine original 1966 Marina Blue Monza 2 door hardtop, and Ed Dade, owner of an all original 60 "500' sedan, heartfelt apologies for not spending more time with their cars and doing a better job with them.   I feel sick about it and I wish I could go back and have a do-over. 

Still, I have a few photos of each of their cars at the end of the photo album.

Perhaps Mark or other people managed to get other photos of these cars.  If so, please send them to me and I will add them to the album.
