[SCG] Stock Corvair

I have been able to determine that the brace with the shorter top section is the first design.  The shorter style also has a noticeably sharper bend.  In April '65 it was changed to the longer style and a spacer added between the brace and the alternator.  I found the outline of the spacer on the back of some long style, but not on any short ones.  I verified this with an owner of an original '69 which had the long style.  The spacer was used through '66.  I do not have a '67 Assembly Manual to tell when the spacer was discontinued.  It was not shown in the '68 and '69 Manuals, Section 6, page A3.
