Dear Sarah,
        Thank you for looking into what sounds like a good proposal.
Gene Barr had discussed some of this with me at the Convention.
What we have to do now is to present this to all Officers of our 
SECC group, so that they can all be aware of all aspects of the 
plan and take it from there. I suggest that You and I together with
Gene Barr, get together on a date when at least a key group of us 
can go and visit this site together and discuss its pros and cons.
        I would like to see at least Javier Brito, President of SECC, 
together with Ed Meadows and Terry Denk, as well as Gene Barr,
Sarah Jones, and Tony Fiore,  meet at an agreeable date at this 
facility, so that we can finalize whatever plans would be most
suitable, to do the most for the success of our next SECC project.
