The schedule that Gulfcoast Autocrossers generally uses is:

SATURDAY
Gates open at 7:30AM
Registration at 8:00AM
Novice class at 9:00AM sharp (no late entries for school) till 12:00AM
Test & Tune walk-through 8:00 - 9:00
Test & Tune Runs 9:00 -12:00
Lunch 12:00 - 1:00  Hotdogs and chips
Test & Tune runs 1:00 - 3:00

SUNDAY
Gates open at 7:30AM
Registration at 8:00AM
Course closes for walking at 9:45AM
Drivers meeting at 10:00AM
Morning runs 10:30 - 12:00
Lunch 12:00 - 1:00   Burgers and salad
Afternoon runs 1:00 - 4:00

After the runs begin, all times are approximate.

Some general information about the course:
Track and Paddock is on a concrete runway with no trees (bring your own
shade)
Some loaner helmets are available
Mufflers are required, no straight pipes
Bikes and skates are allowed on the walk-through, course is one mile long
