Since I wrote that a few days ago the top has been put on, fixed the
brake bias so I now have both front and rear brakes, rear seats are in
and I'm just doing general clean up and looking for problems. Put close
to 300 miles on so far and no problems to report other than the TPI
computer keeps giving me an EGR code. Doesn't seem to affect
drivability so not going to worry about it. My drive to the convention
is sbout 575 miles so I hope to have at least that many on before I go.

You too? Man its really getting down to crunch time, I got about 80% of
my new brake lines made today, installed the seatbelts, and a few little
other things. Wednesday it goes to the muffler shop for custom 3"
exhaust, then I can finally road test it. I will be driving it everyday
to and from work (120 miles round trip) to shake it down a bit before we
leave for Lexington 2 weeks from today. Its about 500 miles from here
to the convention, so with a little luck, I will make it problem free.
See you all in a couple weeks!
