A little V-8 content. Does anyone have any information or experience with
sidewinder engine installations in mid-engine Corvairs? KelMark had a real
complex and expensive kit but that was before Fieros and the spate of FWD
vehicles.

Well, I can shed a little light. I do know that there has been several
Toronado engine/drivetrain conversions and maybe even the older Cadillac FWD
drivetrain. There currently is one here in Mi that has been running and it is a
Cadillac 4.9 engine and drivetrain, done by Larry Cooper. There is also another
one in MI being built and very near done using the Cadillac Northstar
drivetrain, by Frank Parker.
