Depends on how the cars are built:

I have 2 turn power  R & P     -215/50/13  on 9" wheels with +5  [  2"  
backspace / 7"  out from hub center].
I have  Upper Control Arms [ floating shaft ]  235/50/13 on 9" +5  

Crown Bars / Springs  F & R    drum brakes
