[V8Vairs] Electric Water Pumps

CSR is advertising the type that bolt to the original position and produce
70GPM.  Unfortunately, they are $350.00.  The advantage of the pump is
apparently the fact that they run 35 GPM even at low speed, where the belt
driven pump doesn't do much better.  At sustained highway speed however, I
have to think that 35 GPM will have a hard time keeping up.
