[V8Vairs] Will 17 X 9.5J wheels fit on the front of a street V8Vair?

[Joel McGregor]

With 8" wheels the tires tend to hit the front bottom edge of the fender
with the wheels turned a little.  That would be much worse with the
offset that a 9.5" wheel would need.
