[V8Vairs] Hurst Shifter Relocation

Thanks for all the input.  It sounds like, from the discussion, I will
be happy with my current plan to put in the Crown kit with a quick shift
spacer and Clark's brass bushings.  I already have all the parts for
that too.

Paul,
I had the Crown shifter on my V8 and it worked well. Of course I did
some things to it. I had a quick shift spacer on it plus, I used Clarks
brass bushing kit. That required some fitting and honing but, I had it
working very well.
