Or find a car with the glass you want-that will fit- and then adapt the
regulator/channel system.  You could use lexan and it can be formed and cut
to size.  It does scratch somewhat easily.  Would be pretty cool looking.

but the odds of getting a window of the right curve to fit the opening is
awful.  The window must be made of laminated or tempered glass (if it is
to be glass).  You can not cut tempered glass and either that or
laminated glass would have to be factory made to order.  Hope you have a
bundle of money if you go forward with the project.
