<VV> valve seat set screw retention/tap sizes

These numbers don't make sense.  Any kind of #5 screw (.125" dia) is going
to fall through a 9/64" (.140") dia hole.  Additionally, 5-32 is a
non-standard screw.  Perhaps the numbers are 7/64" tap drill and 6-32 screw.
That's close to the right size for a 6-32 tap drill, and 6-32 setscrews are
readily available.
