<VV> fender patch panels

Hi All,

I'm doing a reality check.  Is it true that there are no wheel opening patch panels for the fenders and quarter panels on late models?  I'm looking in the catalogs that I have and I don't see them.  I see obscure things like lower engine shrouds which look like they cost a fortune to tool, so I'm having a hard time believing that a common and visible part like a wheel opening panel isn't available.
