My longest nonstop trip in a Corvair was from Williams, AZ to Oklahoma City
in 1970. It was all in snow and ice. About 900 miles. I was trying to outrun a
snowstorm. This was done in my '65 Corsa with a wife who was 5 months
pregnant.

My longest trip in a Corvair was from Atlanta to Anchorage Alaska and
return, in 1962, In my parents '60 500 4dr. Total mileage was 10008, for the round
trip. There were 4 of us in the car. This was an unforgettable trip.
