It's been nearly three years since I removed the interior from my '65 Monza so I guess I have a good excuse for not remembering where things go.  I started re-assembling the passenger side of the dash yesterday and after a slight struggle arrived at the glove-box door attachment.  I see a bunch (maybe five) holes in the door hinge, several of which are recessed.  I have one J-nut on the metal of the dash and two on the old cardboard insert.  Can someone clarify the number of attachment points for the hinge, which holes are used, and where the J-nuts mount.
