In our tradition of bringing something new to the Racer Reunion events. 
Silicone Wire Systems, the company that helped bring you the new quick ratio 
steering box, introduces the new "double-play" adapter for the 65-66 Corvair. It 
performs two functions. First, it connects the new Flaming River box to the stock 
late 65-66 steering column (fitting all 65-66 Corvairs). Second, the adapter 
provides a 3" collapsibile section in the middle, providing additional safety 
protection, in case of front end collision. I will have the first production 
unit at the Racer re-union get together on Sunday and Monday.  See you there! -
