Not so fast, Smitty!  Having been dissed by Mr. Kalp,
I  took a look at my 1964 supplement and lo and behold
- it says 55-65 ft-lbf! 

BTW I do think its a good idea for you to install the
manual into the inspectors orifice.  Please take
photos of the reaction!
