At the place I was referring to, the three right lanes were mostly trucks
and the two left lanes were all cars.  All of the lanes were full with only
a car length or two between each vehicle.  That's five full lanes in each
direction.  The right lane was the slowest.  You seldom see an accident on
those freeways.
