<VV> carburator

The technique in the Shop Manual works really well, and requires only one
vacuum gauge to do it. It DOES require CLOSE attention to the details of the
steps, though - one of these "read it over five times" kind of things.
     There are specialized equipment items (Unisyns, etc.) that people use,
but they aren't strictly necessary. Even I use my vacuum gauge in a ported
(peanut-butter) jar, just for convenience. But if you're just doing one
engine, one time, it wouldn't pay to rig up such a thing.
