I discovered that it does matter which head goes on

Made the very same mistake on my Trans-vair project over the holidays. Wasn't 
too hard to correct - just be sure that you put a rag in the intake so nothing 
falls in. Ask me how I know... <grin> I was able to get it out without taking 
it apart.
