Open both doors - have a buddy with you - stand on the rear floor area (or
sit if you can't get the top down).  Can the doors be closed or do they no
longer line up with the body.  If that is the case - forget it or just take
it for parts - don't think you are going to restore it.  Otherwise, from
your description - certainly under $1,000 - probably $500 to $700.

My $0.02 - other opinions may vary.
