I think I'd blast 'em off with brake cleaner and drive on - watchfully, of
course, as with ANY car.

I poped two wheels.

Front, dry but dusty.

Back, some sort of slightly slippery crud.  Kind of like the cruddy oil
you might find baked onto an engine.

No signs of leakage.  Wheel cyl dry, no fluid on tires.

Can I just clean off the crud, and go on with life.  The material is less
than 1/2 gone compared to new shoes (yes I stock those two).
