A non-technical, well written book which gives an insight to Corvair history
and development is the "Corvair Decade" by Tony Fiore. Tony is now getting
up in years, but does sometimes participate here on VV. The book is
CERTAINLY worth the purchase price and I always have it handy for reference.
I understand that a new reprint is now - or soon will be - available.
