Hank, etal.,  the real "frugal /all knowing " Vairperson would dis-assemble 
the solinoid and CLEAN the copper disk...bench test and re-use!..failing 
that...they would look in their stash of old bad parts..for that "Ultra" part to 
make the patient "NEW  again! ggg

My non-Vair friend and his lady have put over 300 miles on the 
ImmortalVair......with smiling faces STILL...

Makes us "frugalites"  wonder why all these "totally rebuilt" engines can't 
seem to make it as far???  GGGG LOL!!!!
