I have had a few vairs with the manual top. I don't think I would go to the trouble to convert to power as I have no big problems with the manual. Certainly would not pay $500 if I was that ambitious. Most likely the motor and drives are worth $100-$150 alone. That range for the whole thing I think would be fair. Gary Swiatowy
