Sam,

No, do not mix the heads.  Use two 95 HP heads and modify them to work or use 
two 180 HP heads.  Do not mix them on the same engine.  The most important 
difference is that the 95 HP has 8.25:1 compression ratio while the 180 HP has 
8:1 CR.  Of course, these are nominal numbers and can be modified to match but 
why do that?  There are other differences as well.
