<VV> engine start-up

Not at all hard to do.  I started the 110 I put in my 63 before I put it 
in.   I have done this with several engines before installing them.  Hook 
up a gas line, securely so it does not leak.  Get the starter in place. 
Apply +12 volts to poisitive on coil.  Then just supply power to the 
starter.  Jump +12v to the purple wire connect to operate the starter.  Be 
certain that it is on stable ground so it does not fall or jump when you 
start it.  It is also a good idea to prime the oil system using a drill 
before startup.
