Good Evening.

All of you who aren't CORSA members and don't get the Communique, excuse this
slight bandwidth and continue on.

Anyway,

I don't insist that anyone do anything but consider this letter in the
Communique---Mine came yesterday and I just read it.

Since the only people who get this Magazine have paid their dues to the club
(on a monthly basis anyway), I don't see the harm in any member posting their
opinion in Readers Forum. Over the years I have a few times myself.

I feel any member has the right to post their opinion if they feel strongly
enough to do so. I won't even insist that their opinion be valid or generally
accepted. It's theirs and it's their right to express it. However, I do
believe that if you feel strongly enough to write it, you should hold that
opinion strong enough to let the people you are trying to reach know who you
are.

I won't point any fingers at Harry and Mike, and/or anyone who devised the
magazines editorial policy, or lack thereof as it concerns this unsigned
letter. This may have come up before, but as my memory serves me this is the
first such letter I have seen in my short 15 years or reading the magazine.
It's been around lots longer than I have been a member.

Harry, as well as the sitting directors that read and respond on VV every day
saw this letter in the Communique. IFO would like to know at least how THEY
feel about it, and if, in their opinion, the situation warrants a look-see.
>From the traffic so far, I would venture to say YES.....

The Board is often times criticized for being slow to act...(in the case of
the Basics Manual funding, it was true), but there are lots of stories I have
heard that I won't venture to say hold sand.

Let's see if the nay-sayers are correct.

Tick tock......

HANK
