The best way to do this is to connect the fans to the AC clutch, via a relay. 
When the compressor runs, the fans run. That's the best control strategy. You 
really never want the compressor to run EVER without air over the condensor.

Recently added an extra Schrader port on the high side....Time permitting, 
and before the fall, will screw on a fan cycling switch....presently looking 
for 
the correct switch to shut fans off when head pressure drops to, say, 150 
psig.
