<VV> The yokes on you

More clarification:

If the yokes are the same on the FC vs. the car, and the FC axles are
stronger-larger-then how does the same yoke mate with the larger axle
shaft? Is the FC axle "underground"/splined, where the car shaft is
raised and splined?

Late yokes need not apply-I have a boat load of those on the two race
cars. One set floats and the other doesn't. For this question, I am
referring to the yoke on the early axles.

Thanks,

Chuck S

Folks,
Are the U joint yokes on a van axle larger than the car yokes?
By larger I mean more stout? All Corvairs take the same std U joint
AFAIK.
Thanks,
Chuck S

The FC's use the same yoke as the car but the axle shafts are bigger and
longer than a car.
