Hmmmm. I didn't know that. Insurance is available to any chapter which 
applies and pays the appropriate premium for moving, competitive auto events.

A sanctioned regional convention needs approval from the four Directors in 
the host chapter's division, unless there are any competing bids for a 
sanctioned regional convention. If Iowa or any other chapter wants to have 
a sanctioned regional convention, there are other requirements as well. If 
you'd like a copy of the policy governing sanctioned regional conventions, 
send me a private post and I will e-mail back a PDF version of the policy.
