<VV> Turbo heat shield ID

Am I in the right place for an expert?  (Whoa! Whoa! Don't all of you raise 
your hands! =:-)

I have three styles of turbo spare tire heat shields and I don't know which 
is which.  
1) Shallow dimple, 1 7/8" from the lower lip
2) Deeper dimple, 1 1/4" from the lower lip 
3) Deeper dimple, 1 1/4" from the lower lip, plus a large square extension on 
the lower front side.

Anyone know which are the 62-3, 64, and 65-6 styles?
