<VV> oil pump

Have a chance to pick up a 64 coupe. Fellow called me tonight to say he got 
the engine running, but the oil pressure light stays on. Yes it has oil in it, 
but the car has been sitting about 3-5 years in a warehouse. Said he poured a 
little oil down the plug holes thinking the engine was stuck.What do I look 
for? Price will hinge on how bad it is. The city bought the land his place sits 
on and he has 18 cars to dispose of by the end of march. This is the only 
Corvair.
