I'm sure you can get "wiper" style replacements for the fuzzies, but what's
the point?  As long as they attach to the door the same way the fuzzies do
you will still have the problem of water getting between the wiper/fuzzie
and the door, where it sits, slowly rusting the door.  Modern cars attach
the wiper over the top of the door skin edge, so there is no way water can
run between the wiper and the door.  Most cars I have inspected also have a
second "wiper" inside the door, to stop any water getting past the first.
