I filled mine with ATF, which I think may been the
original filling. Maybe they really do reduce
twisties.
BTW, I have a pair in the front of my sedan, which
seems to quiet vibrations the tiniest bit. I'd install
rear ones, but haven't encountered any. Of course, I'm
too stingy to actually buy a pair...
