It sure is Don.
You have some kind of a problem with the rings sealing or a valve seating
problem. Since you are getting large quantities of blowby, it is probably the
rings. Could be a gouged cylinder, a broken ring or two, or something else.
Yes, sorry, but you will have disassemble it to see what the problem is.
