Hi Chris,
Sounds like your car needs the bypass surgery.  You have no voltage getting 
from the battery to the ignition switch and back to the starter.  Check the 
connection right at the engine harness as it exits at the front of the 
engine compartment by the battery.  The fat wire is the one that normally 
is at fault and the common solution is to pull those out of the faulty 
connector housing and either solder them or use a large INSULATED butt 
splice.  Since this is hot battery voltage with no fuse, insulation is very 
important to prevent a short or possible fire.
